Offshore Patrol & Security is the largest international conference and exhibition dedicated to the OPV and maritime security sector. The conference attracts more than 250 delegates each year alongside a customer centric exhibition designed to highlight the latest developments in technology and provide a perfect facility for networking. Held each year at the Royal Navy Dockyard in Portsmouth, UK, it is the most important event for all navies and coast guards to attend. The conference is chaired by Vice Admiral Sir Jeremy Blackham, Deputy Chief of Staff, Capability (retired) and designed in conjunction with our Naval Advisory Board which includes Rear Admiral Pierre Sabatie-Garat, former Chief of Staff, French Navy, Capt James Robinson, President Nautical Institute and Commodore Ranjit Rai, former Director Naval Operations, Indian Navy. The conference agenda cuts to the heart of the global debate on the capabilities our naval forces require, how we get them into service and how we utilise them during operations.
